pro&ject was founded by Naomi Z. Steffen with the intention of supporting projects holistically. Not as a traditional agency service, but as a collaboration built on clarity, responsibility, and a genuine interest in the outcome.
The roots of pro&ject lie in international hospitality, an environment where strategy, commercial thinking, and human experience have never been treated separately. This mindset shapes the way we work: with clarity, attentiveness, and a strong sense for people, brands, and situations.

Naomi Z. Steffen has international experience across food & beverage, events, sales & marketing, and business development. Her career has led her through different areas of hospitality — from operational leadership and brand development to the creation of experience and project formats.
As a lecturer in the field of pop-ups & events, she also guided hands-on hospitality and event projects from concept to execution.
